Brief History:
The Estate of Ivory in the northeastern most part of the continent of RhyDin was owned by Duke of Ivory, Lord Michael Sneed. He married a woman from Scotland named Kerrih Lynne MacMillan who had also come from a family of high lineage to travel to RhyDin. In time, he would dessert her, the title, and his land. She would acquire all of his family’s estate officially from the Crown of England, King Henry VII, then bearing the title of Lady Kerrih MacMillan, Duchess of Ivory, Lady of the House of Ivory.
Later in the early part of Queen Mary I’s reign over England, funds in the English treasury were drying up from the repeated attacks and defenses of turmoil with Scotland. Once Queen Mary informed Kerrinne that Ivory would no longer receive funding from England, Kerrinne returned the missive declaring Ivory’s independence and appointing herself as its rightful monarch.
So today we find the free country of Ivory, where the people of the land pitch in with their self-appointed Queen to learn to survive on their own. Join the stories of Kerrinne, the royal family, and the people of Ivory as they face danger, adventure, joy, fear, sadness, learning, laughter, and most of all love of the land they call home…Ivory.
